They installed our tank in 2012 , today it had a problem , great advice not to put new parts on a 13 year old tank. Arrived hours later to i stall a new tank . Pricing was great, install was great, clean up was great , and the employees were exceptional !

I couple days ago I had a clogged toilet and I couldn’t do it myself. I called Nortons plumbing and I’m pretty sure Andrew was his name he came over in about 30 minutes and they were out of my house in like about 20 minutes I’m giving them a 5star review because they were all very nice and did I great job!

Erik and Andrew did phenomenal work! Highly Recommend! They came in to correct poor work another contractor left unfinished, did extra work as well as answered all questions. Work including re-piping a renovation of a 1910 farm house including installing sinks, toilets, showers and kitchen appliances as well as a tankless water heater. The work was done quickly and professionally.

I had a flood in my laundry room and Nortonâ s came out and took care of the issue AND they were honest and said I didnâ t need a new sump pump, just the repair, saving me hundreds of dollars. You donâ t see that often. They could have said my pump was broken and charged me with a new one and install. But they didnâ t. And that means something to me.

Excellent performance, Excellent reasonable pricing, professional mannerisms , kind hearted and understanding t customer/homeowners current situation with their financial situation. I love to give you an example, he is a plumber. He fixed my hot water tank. He fix my plumbing pipes under my sink which were terrible squirting water like a sprinkler., I had a kitchen sink that was very very clogged, which he add unclogged it. This company had only charge me $2000 for all that to be done that he is a blessing. He also was no price on it at all. My thermostat in My Home was not working so I could not turn my heat back on mind you heâ s a plumber he fixed it for nothing. You couldnâ t find a better company than that with a caring heart Nortons plumbing.
